Clean and pleasant place, has beautiful views over the Cathedral. The small room is compact and has central heating, a work desk, and television. The bathroom is newly renovated. The hotel offers marvellous and particularly good location to the important sites of Florence. You can relax at Finnegan's Irish Pub, located nearby.

Favourable, beautiful location in the historic area. Pretty and great hotel, 0.5 miles from Peretola airport. Good bed, spacious bathroom and central heating, a safe, and multi-channel television in the room.

It had a marvellous and incredible location - within walking distance of a medieval cathedral. The staff were welcoming and nice and offered guidance.

Very good location and nice rooms
The bathroom bin wasn't emptied when we first entered in the room. Also no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

Great location near to all main city attractions, nice equipment of the hotel and the room, cleanliness.
The breakfast has been very poor. In all other prospects the hotel can be considered as good value for money.

close to city centre, but does not look like a hotel
breakfast is really bad, did not provide enough food...does not worth for the money. I paid 140 euro per night but it is not at all worth.the fridge does not work at all.

We loved this Hotel. It was the best Hotel for the price of any that we stayed in Italy. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean, bright, well decorated and had good air conditioning. It had a good breakfast. The location was fantastic. It was near the Duomo. Originally we had booked the room for one night but it was so nice we stayed for three nights.

The location was good, very close to duomo cathedral.
Rooms were dirty, they did not even tidy the sheets in second day. Breakfast was very very poor, must be enriched.

We loved the spacious triple room, perfect for my family with two adults and a baby, and we had a great time enjoying the cozy lounge and relaxing by the small pool area. We also appreciated the breakfast options, though there could have been a bit more variety.
